In 1995, we laid a foundation for the development of Turkey and established GENA İnşaat A.Ş. Fortunately our company has grown and developed together with Turkey and become an important infrastructure company in Turkey.
As well as managing not to abandon its principles!
The date of our establishment was corresponding to the most important years of Turkey in terms of development. We needed to both work efficiently and adopt an innovative approach because the world was changing quickly and “falling behind” not only meant a company falling behind but also a country “falling behind”; and this situation was motivating me and my friends the most.
The main theme of our works which we have maintained with an “efficient and innovative” approach since those years was “aviation” industry. “Building infrastructures of airports”, which is the most important indicators of development, was our business! We have built many airports in our country so far; and we have become one of the most qualified companies in this field in Turkey.
In addition, we undertook many important projects both in and abroad. While building housings and business centers abroad, we took pride in representing both ourselves and Turkey in the best way.
While never compromising on our principle of increasing the life quality in our projects, we considered the safety and happiness of our employees above all. Performing occupational health and safety rules completely has always been our pride.
We are entire, a family with our customers, suppliers and employees. We produce together, build together, grow together.
For this reason, the sentence “We are a family” has never been a sentence made up “randomly”. Our accumulation of capital, technology and experience have increased, grown and reached a “non-disputable” quality thanks to this family.
There is an anecdote about a famous Australian violinist: At the end of a concert, a fan of Fritz Kreisler says to him “I would sacrifice my whole life to play like you.”
Kreisler answers: “I did it.”
Yes, as GENA A.Ş., we endeavor and work hard to achieve works that create a difference and provide added value. We are aware of the fact that we are achieving a sustainable future with our corporate reputation, reliable brand, sense of quality and way of operation. Our aims has always been big and they are growing and developing in parallel with the spirit of the time.
It is because we know our big aims are the big aims of our country! The more efficiently and innovatively we work, the more added value we will provide to the economy of our country.
